Terms of use
The rules for using the Narçiçək platform.
Last updated: 2026-08-28
The legal details of this document (operator name, tax ID, address, official contact channel) have not been filled in yet — the company is still being registered. The text below honestly describes how the platform actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
1. Narçiçək's role
Narçiçək is a marketplace: the products are made and the orders fulfilled by independent florist shops. The platform provides ordering, the payment method and the organisation of delivery.
Direct responsibility for the quality and composition of the product lies with the selling florist; in a dispute the platform mediates between the parties.
2. Account
To place an order you must create an account with a valid email address and phone number.
Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
3. Placing and accepting an order
Once placed, an order is sent to the florist; it is not considered confirmed until the florist accepts it.
If the product is unavailable or delivery is not possible, the order is cancelled and any amount paid is refunded.
4. Price
The total shown on screen consists of the product price, the delivery fee and, where applicable, an out-of-hours fee.
The total is recalculated on the server when the order is created. If it does not match the figure on screen the order is not created and you are told — this prevents an order being recorded at the wrong amount.
5. Payment
Payment is currently made in cash on delivery.
When online payment methods go live they will be shown on the site and these terms will be updated.
6. Delivery time
The delivery time shown is an estimate calculated from the shop's opening hours, the product's preparation time and the zone distance — it is not a precise guarantee.
Circumstances beyond our control — the recipient not being at the address, a wrong address or phone number, weather and traffic — may delay delivery.
7. Substitution
Fresh flowers are a seasonal product. If a particular flower in a bouquet is unavailable, the florist may replace it with one of equal or higher value that preserves the overall look of the bouquet.
If the substitution does not change the overall character of the bouquet, the order is considered correctly fulfilled.
8. Cancellation
A cancellation request can be sent before the florist has started preparing the order.
An order that has been prepared or dispatched, as well as bouquets made to a custom order, may not be cancellable.
Detailed cancellation and refund rules are being prepared as a separate document.
9. Reviews
A review can only be written by a user who actually ordered that product and whose order was delivered.
Abusive, promotional or false reviews may be removed.
10. Prohibited use
Automated attacks on the system, attempts to access someone else's account, fake orders and any action that disrupts the platform are prohibited.
In such cases the account is suspended and, where necessary, the relevant authorities are contacted.
11. Liability
The platform is not liable for technical outages, failures of third-party services or delays outside our control.
In any case liability is limited to the amount of the specific order.
12. Changes to these terms
When the terms are updated, the date above changes. Continuing to use the platform means accepting the updated terms.
