What happens to a bouquet when a seasonal flower is unavailable.

1. What it means
If a flower is unavailable on the day, the florist may replace it with another of **the same value and the same character**.
It does not mean a cheaper bouquet — the value is preserved.
2. What does not change
The overall size, colour harmony and value of the bouquet stay the same.
The amount you paid does not change.
3. You see the change beforehand
The florist uploads a photo of the finished bouquet and the order waits for your approval — so you see any substitution before it sets off.
4. If you are not happy
Do not approve the photo and write to support — it is resolved before the order leaves.
